Death Gate Scripts
I have quite a bit of information that needs to be entered into this page. However I wanted to go over a few things for those who are starting to work with the dg_scripts for the first time.
Name : Mob - (vnum of mobile attached to) - brief name here.
Example: Mob - 57501 - request help
Global Variables: should start with zone number then variable.
Example :
- Name: 'Obj - 57501 - Gills Drown Counter Stop', VNum: [57508], RNum: [ 790]
- Trigger Intended Assignment: Objects
Trigger Type: Wear , Numeric Arg: 100, Arg list: None
Commands:
if (%actor.varexists(575_gills)%
eval 575_gills (%actor.575_gills%+1)
remote 575_gills %actor.id%
halt
else
set 575_gills 1
remote 575_gills %actor.id%
endif
Scripts Should be Formatted. - Using /f after you enter the script into the text editor. The above example is not formatted. Below is a correct example.
