These are small but lightning quick people. Their agility
makes them excellent thieves. They are big of heart but their bodies fail them
sometimes, so they're not the hardiest of warriors. Halflings can see in the
dark. They regenerate moves at a faster rate than humans and even giants! They
get more moves per level but also a little less mana. Like half-elves, they
also get a bonus practice. Because of their agility, they get a negative
twenty bonus to armor class to start with.
